1. Definitions

All services described in our catalog including audiovisual solutions, electronic security, digital signage, queue management and IT services.

NOC/SOC

Network Operations Center / Security Operations Center - Centralized infrastructure for network and security monitoring and management.

Digital Signage

Dynamic digital display system for targeted multimedia content broadcasting.

IP Access Control

Physical or logical access management system based on Internet Protocol technology.

Multiservice Kiosk

Interactive station integrating various services (scanning, printing, payment, etc.) according to client specifications.

Plug-and-Play Solution

Ready-to-use system requiring only connection to function immediately.

SaaS

Software as a Service - Hosted software accessible via subscription.

Demo

Free or paid trial period to evaluate our solutions.

Custom Equipment

Hardware solution specifically designed to meet a client's unique needs.

Care Business Consulting SARL, Cameroonian company registered under RCCM n° YAE/2020/B/860, holder of Unique Identification Number (UIN) M022014404117U, has specialized in innovative technological solutions since 2017.

3. Services Offered

3.1 Main Services

  • Electronic Security: IP access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection
  • Audiovisual: Collaborative rooms, conference systems
  • Digital Signage: Dynamic displays, interactive kiosks
  • IT Services: Network infrastructure, data centers
  • Custom Equipment: Multiservice kiosks, queue management systems

3.2 Demo Services

We offer trial periods under the following conditions:

  • Maximum duration of 14 days (renewable upon agreement)
  • Data collected during demo is retained for 48 hours after the trial period
  • Prohibited from using in production environment during demo
  • Technical support limited to business hours

4. Contractual Aspects

4.1 Contract Cancellation

Cancellation conditions:

  • For indefinite-term contracts: 60 days notice
  • For ongoing projects: cancellation fees of 20% of remaining amount
  • No refund for services already provided
  • In case of force majeure (as defined by Cameroonian law), cancellation without fees

4.2 Warranties

Our warranties cover:

  • Compliance with international standards (ISO, CE, UL depending on equipment)
  • Functionality according to technical specifications
  • Legal representation in all countries where we operate through local partners
  • For custom equipment: extended manufacturer warranty

5. Liabilities and Indemnification

5.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to:

  • Proper use of our solutions according to their documentation
  • Design or manufacturing defects for our equipment
  • Does not cover damages resulting from improper use
  • Capped at the amount received for the concerned service

5.2 Indemnification Clause

The Client agrees to indemnify Care Business Consulting against:

  • Any third-party claim related to their use of Services
  • Damages caused to our equipment through negligence
  • Losses resulting from violations of these Terms

6. Ethics and Quality

6.1 Ethical Commitment

  • Strict compliance with anti-corruption laws (Cameroonian and international)
  • Transparency policy in business relationships
  • Personal data protection according to GDPR and local laws

6.2 Environmental Standards

Our solutions incorporate:

  • Energy optimization (Energy Star certifications for equipment)
  • End-of-life equipment recycling program
  • Preference for eco-responsible suppliers
  • Sustainable design of our custom solutions

7. International Partnerships

8. Final Provisions

8.1 These Terms are governed by Cameroonian law, with exclusive jurisdiction of Douala courts.

8.2 In case of dispute, priority to amicable resolution before any legal action.
